Vynthen is an AI assistant providing automated reasoning, web search, and skill integrations. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may use Vynthen via a guest session or by creating a registered account using Google OAuth or email. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Vynthen offers both a limited Free/Guest tier and Paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Max). Message limits reset daily based on your tier. Subscription terms, billing periods, and limits are documented on our pricing page and are subject to change.
Vynthen relies on advanced AI models (such as LLMs accessed via OpenRouter). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for verifying any information provided by Vynthen before relying on it.
You may not use Vynthen to generate, promote, or distribute: illicit or illegal content, malware, spam, self-harm instructions, or highly abusive material. Scraping, reverse-engineering, or bypassing our rate limits is strictly forbidden.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vynthen at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Vynthen, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
